Hi, I’m Siobhan Cosgrove ! I went to culinary school when my love affair for HCG began. I wanted to find a way to come up with recipes that were on protocol original 2.0, 2.5, or VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet).
I have had my own cooking line at a Scottsdale Hotel, worked in the hospital for medical diets, and a cooked in a private Care Facility. I am now cooking for private clients as a caregiver. I believe in cooking from scratch, it’s the healthiest option out there!
I also knew that I wanted to do more in the weight loss community. I know the frustrations, the feelings of helplessness, the anger, and the embarrassment. I developed a motivational weight loss coaching program with intensive courses to help your mindset get you where it needs to be, in order for you to sustain a healthier version of who you already are.
