I know how frustrating it is to be overweight.To be ashamed and uncomfortable and feeling worthless.You should never feel that way at any time for any reason !!! I’ve been there my self and It kills me to think someone else is in that position. I want to help you change your perspective. To obtain your weight loss goals and for you to succeed in your  “why” you are doing this..The second guessing. The Will I make it this time? I have developed  “The 5 Pillars of Weight Loss” my signature system out of the devastation that I felt being over weight and out of shape.Starting any new weight loss plan can be traumatic…I am going to take you through a MONTH of what you have to do before you even think of dieting to get you where you need to be emotionally and mentally..I want you to be successful and I am going to give you the necessary tools and mindset.You are going to have the right mindset to continue with whatever eating plan you choose.

THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. I will have worksheets that you will be doing homework on and implementing every day every week.You will be writing in your journal everyday its a no brainer (its 5 minutes a day morning and evening).You will know your why and you will know yourself. You will remember who you are .What do you want to do and how do you want to feel once you lose the weight …Start Visioning it It will happen. …Its a chance for you to feel motivated enough to finally over come your obstacles .For you to feel fabulous and full filled in your transformation..To feel good once again about being you .About being a Woman .

My recipes are global hence the 241 ( how many countries there are) with island flavors from around the globe as well and  are based on the HCG diet..There are Original Protocol Recipes as well as Alternative recipes. All recipes are low in calorie and carb count . So which ever protocol you are using.. 500 O.P, 2.0, 2.5 ,800 , or alternate protocol  I am familiar. I don’t believe in cheat days…I do believe in recovery days.We are human after all.This is a short period in your life .It will take time ,effort, sweat, and your tears of frustration. My Dears you are worth every effort ..I am here to motivate and inspire you.

When we are finished you will remember your spirit and that you are a woman and a healthy one at that.Its your time to transform and to take care of yourself.

My 2 weight loss workbooks and journal will be out at the end of November and my cookbook in January.. My prices for coaching packages will be going up December 1st. In the 6 month 1 year and 1 on 1 packages my workbooks will be free.

When my cookbook comes out in January my yearly and 1 on 1 ( 6 month minimum)  coaching clients will get a signed copy of my cookbook.

Motivational Coach Definition:

Hired to assess your strengths ,weaknesses,set goals and take steps to achieve your success.We attempt to challenge you, transform you and aspire and motivate you!  We want to empower you to make positive changes in your health and well being.

Health and Wellness Coach Definition:

Helps clients make positive changes to their health.The coach guides clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well being,developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits.Encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals.

Life Coach:

A coach that looks to empower others by helping them make ,meet and exceed goals in professional or private lives.

Weight Loss Coach:

Uses personal coaching techniques to bring about long term weight loss. The aim is to establish the cause of overeating and to put the responsibility for eating behavior firmly in the individuals court.
